When will my order ship?
A:
Most orders can be shipped within 1-3 business days (M-F)
of receipt.
Q: How will I know
when I will receive them?
A: You
will receive an email after your item is shipped giving
you the UPS tracking number for further follow up on your
part if you wish. It generally takes between 1-6 business
days for delivery.
Q: Does TheBabyOutlet.com
charge sales tax?
A: We
charge 8.75% tax only on orders shipped inside the state
of New York.
Q: Do you ship outside
the U.S.?
A: Yes, we do ship anywhere in the world. Please feel free to contact customer service at customerservice@thebabyoutlet.com to discuss overseas shipping options.

return policy?

wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and
to shop with us in the future. For this reason, we allow
returns of unpacked merchandise for any reason for 14 days after
shipment (all returns'
boxes should not be opened). You must email us prior to
return in order to get RA number.
You must pay for return shipping
to us, and your credit card will be credited minus the
actual shipping costs as soon as
we receive the item, marked with your return address, and
with a copy of the receipt enclosed in the box. Please send
